My name's David García Caamaño, but you can call me De Ge Ce. I'm still considered an abstract painter, but I see myself more as an abstract acrylic artist. I believe in the freedom to represent my works beyond a canvas.

I was born in Spain 49 years ago and moved to Germany in 2015. I discovered art at the beginning of 2024. From my first work, I felt the need for the colours to convey a positive energy, often combined with different compositions of canvases. This makes my work special and different.

Every piece I create is an experiment, a test, and an apprenticeship in total creative freedom without limits. Each piece contributes something to the next, and together they form a unique and different set of compositions featuring different figures and canvases.

For me, art is about capturing the beauty of creative inspiration as soon as you can and then letting it take you where it will.
